FIR Application Generator — How to Use

This tool helps you prepare a First Information Report (FIR) application in just a few minutes, ready to submit at your local police station. Follow the steps below.

Step 1 Choose Your Language

At the top-right of the page, you’ll see two buttons:

• English
• اردو

Click the one you prefer. The entire form and the generated application will switch to that language.

Step 2 Enter Applicant Information

Fill in the following details on the left-hand form:

⭐ = These fields are required. If left empty, they’ll be highlighted in red.

Step 3 Enter Incident Details

• Date and Time of Incident — Select from the calendar/time picker
• Place of Incident — Where the incident occurred
• Incident Description ⭐ (Required) — Describe the incident clearly and in detail
• Accused / Suspect Name(s) — If known
• Witnesses — If any witnesses were present
• Loss / Stolen Items — Details of any theft or damage

Step 4 Generate the Application

Once all details are filled in, click the “Generate Application” button.

• On the right side, a complete, formally-worded application will appear — written exactly in the style used for official police submissions.
• If any required field is missing, a warning message will appear at the top and the empty field will be highlighted in red. Fill it in and click the button again.

Step 5 Copy or Print

Below the generated application, you’ll find two buttons:

• Copy Text — Copies the application text so you can paste it anywhere (WhatsApp, Word, Email, etc.)
• Print — Opens the application in a new window, from where you can print it or save it as a PDF.

Important Note

⚠️ This tool only generates a draft. Please review it carefully before submitting it at the police station, and correct any details if needed.
