These terms explain what you’re agreeing to when you use LegalDocs. We’ve tried to write them the way we’d actually explain things to someone in person, not the way a law firm would. If something here doesn’t make sense, feel free to reach out and ask us directly — that’s genuinely fine.

By using this website, you’re agreeing to what’s written below. If you don’t agree with something, the simplest thing is to not use the site.

1. What LegalDocs Actually Is

LegalDocs gives you free tools to generate everyday documents — things like affidavits, rent agreements, legal notices, court applications, nikah invitations, loan agreements, and invoices. You put your information in, the tool arranges it into a proper format, and you get a document you can download, print, or send.

We are not a law firm. Nobody on our team is acting as your lawyer when you use this site, and nothing you generate here should be treated as legal advice. We’re a tool that helps you produce a document — what you do with that document, and whether it’s the right fit for your exact situation, is between you and the people or offices you’re dealing with.

2. Who Can Use This Site

You need to be old enough, under the law that applies to you, to enter into agreements and handle your own legal paperwork. If you’re generating a document on behalf of someone else — a family member, a client, a business — you’re confirming that you actually have the authority to do that.

3. Your Responsibility for What You Type In

Every document we generate is only as good as the information you give us. That means:

• You’re the one responsible for making sure names, dates, ID numbers, addresses, and figures are correct.
• You’re responsible for making sure the information is truthful. We don’t verify anything you enter, and we have no way of knowing if a detail is accurate or made up.
• If a document is used somewhere and it turns out something in it was wrong or false, that’s on you, not on us. We built the format; we didn’t write the facts.

Please don’t use our tools to create documents meant to mislead, defraud, or deceive anyone — a fake affidavit, a backdated notice, invented figures on an invoice, that kind of thing. Beyond it being against these terms, it’s also just not something we want our tools used for.

4. No Guarantee It’ll Be Accepted Everywhere

We build our formats around what’s generally accepted for everyday matters across Pakistan. But we can’t promise that every court, office, bank, or organization will accept a document exactly as generated, since local requirements sometimes differ slightly from place to place. For anything with real weight behind it — property, large sums of money, an active legal dispute — please have the final document looked over by a lawyer before you rely on it. Think of what we give you as a solid draft, not a guaranteed final answer.

5. The Site Is Provided As-Is

We work to keep LegalDocs running smoothly and the tools accurate, but we’re not able to promise the site will always be available, error-free, or perfectly bug-free. Things occasionally break, servers occasionally go down, and formats occasionally need fixing. We do our best to sort issues out quickly when they come up, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent the law allows, we won’t be held responsible for losses, damages, or problems that come from using — or being unable to use — the documents or tools on this site. This includes situations where a generated document wasn’t accepted somewhere, contained an error you didn’t catch, or was used in a way we didn’t intend.

6. Fair Use of the Tools

We keep LegalDocs free because we want it to genuinely help people, not because we have unlimited server capacity. So please don’t:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to mass-generate documents.
• Try to scrape, copy, or rebuild the site or its tools elsewhere.
• Attempt to interfere with how the site runs — overloading it, probing it for vulnerabilities, that sort of thing.
• Use the documents you generate for anything illegal or intended to harm someone.

If we notice a pattern of misuse, we reserve the right to restrict or block access for the account or device involved.

7. Ownership of Content

The tools, templates, layouts, and code behind LegalDocs belong to us. You’re welcome to use the finished documents you generate — that’s the whole point — but the underlying system, design, and templates aren’t yours to copy or resell.

The information you type in to generate a document remains yours. We’re not claiming any ownership over your personal details or the content of the documents you create.

8. Your Information

What you enter is used only to generate the document you’ve asked for. We don’t sell your personal information, and we only collect what’s genuinely needed to make the tool work. For the full details on how we handle your data, take a look at our Privacy Policy.

9. Links to Other Sites

Occasionally you might find a link on our site pointing somewhere else — a resource, a government portal, something related. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information once you leave LegalDocs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally, usually when we add a new tool, fix something, or realize a section needs to be clearer. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you’re okay with the updated terms.

11. Getting in Touch

If something in these terms is unclear, or you think we’ve made a mistake somewhere on the site, or you just want to ask a question — reach out through the Contact page, email, or WhatsApp. We read these messages ourselves and try to respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
