Ye ek online affidavit banane wala tool hai jo aap ke browser mein hi chal jata hai — koi app download karne ki zaroorat nahi, koi login nahi. Aap left side form bharte hain, aur right side (ya mobile pe niche) usi waqt ek proper affidavit ban kar dikhta hai, bilkul waisa jesa asal legal paper pe hota hai.
Step 1 — Title dena (optional) Sab se upar “Affidavit Title” ka box hai. Agar aap khali chor dein to automatically “Affidavit” (ya Urdu mein “حلف نامہ”) likh jata hai. Agar koi specific naam dena ho jese “Affidavit of Address Change” to wahan likh sakte hain.
Step 2 — Apna naam likhna “Full Name” wale box mein apna poora naam likhna hai.
Step 3 — Relation select karna Yahan dropdown se choose karna hai ke aap kis ki wajah se pehchane ja rahe hain: Son of, Daughter of, Wife of, ya Husband of. Ye select karte hi tool khud samajh jata hai ke Urdu mein ولد likhna hai ya دختر ya زوجہ ya شوہر — aur ye bhi ke verb “کرتا ہوں” likhna hai ya “کرتی ہوں”। Yani aapko grammar ki fiqar karne ki zaroorat nahi, tool khud sambhal leta hai.
Step 4 — Walid/Shohar ka naam Uske saath wala naam likh dein.
Step 5 — CNIC number Jese hi aap numbers type karenge, tool khud dash lagata jayega (00000-0000000-0 wala format) — aapko manually dash lagane ki zaroorat nahi.
Step 6 — Tareekh Ye khud aaj ki date se set hoti hai, lekin chahen to change kar sakte hain.
Step 7 — Pata (Address) Apna poora rehaishi pata likhna hai.
Step 8 — Jagah (Place of signing) Yani ye affidavit kis shehar mein sign ho raha hai — jese Karachi, Lahore wagera.
Step 9 — Statements likhna (ye sab se important hissa hai) Yahan wo baatein likhni hain jo affidavit mein declare karni hain — jese “Meri CNIC gum ho gayi hai” ya “Main is address ka permanent resident hoon”. Har statement ek alag line mein likhein. Agar zyada points add karne hon to “+ Add another statement” par click kar dein, aur agar koi point delete karna ho to uske saath wale “×” button se hata sakte hain.
Step 10 — Language switch karna Sab se upar English aur اردو ka button hai. Jese hi click karenge, poori affidavit turant us zaban mein badal jayegi — Urdu select karte hi text right-se-left ho jata hai aur font bhi khoobsurat Nastaliq mein aa jata hai.
Step 11 — Print ya Copy karna
This is an online affidavit-making tool that runs right in your browser — no app to download, no login needed. You fill in a form on one side, and on the other side (or below it, on mobile) a proper affidavit appears instantly, formatted just like a real legal document.
Step 1 — Title (optional) At the top there’s an “Affidavit Title” box. If you leave it blank, it automatically shows “Affidavit” (or “حلف نامہ” in Urdu). If you want something specific like “Affidavit of Address Change,” you can type that instead.
Step 2 — Enter your name Type your full name in the “Full Name” field.
Step 3 — Select your relation Here you choose from a dropdown: Son of, Daughter of, Wife of, or Husband of. As soon as you pick one, the tool automatically knows whether to write ولد, دختر, or زوجہ/شوہر in Urdu — and also whether the verb should be “کرتا ہوں” or “کرتی ہوں”. So you don’t need to worry about grammar at all; the tool handles it.
Step 4 — Father’s/Husband’s name Enter the corresponding name.
Step 5 — CNIC number As you type the digits, the tool automatically adds the dashes (00000-0000000-0 format) — no need to type them yourself.
Step 6 — Date This is set to today’s date by default, but you can change it if needed.
Step 7 — Address Enter your complete residential address.
Step 8 — Place of signing This is the city where the affidavit is being signed — like Karachi, Lahore, etc.
Step 9 — Writing the statements (this is the most important part) Here you write the actual things you want to declare — like “My CNIC has been lost” or “I am a permanent resident of the above address.” Write each statement on its own line. If you need more points, click “+ Add another statement,” and if you want to remove one, use the “×” button next to it.
Step 10 — Switching language At the top there’s an English / اردو button. As soon as you click it, the whole affidavit switches instantly to that language — selecting Urdu also flips the text to right-to-left and switches to a proper Nastaliq font.
Step 11 — Print or Copy
